About Me

I am a psychologist, a psychotherapist and a writer. Being of greek origin, I have been blessed to be a citizen of the world. I was born in London, lived in Athens, Nicosia Cyprus and Manama Bahrain. The last few years I lived in a village – fourth dimensional, alternative- not yet infiltrated by the Dark Force, in Sussex, England. The last year I have been living in Greece.

What I do

Having had my degrees in Psychology and Psychotherapy I started from my early twenties the long and windy road of psychotherapy, supervision and lectures. In the UK where I studied I had already focused on Psychoanalysis, having had my dissertation about it. So later on my postgraduate course I was blessed to work with the  KIDS COMPANY and practice psychodynamic psychotherapy, on children severely abused. The supervision I had then was from TAVISTOCK CLINIC. The first Psychoanalytic Clinic (in Europe at least).

Upon my return to Athens, I plunged into a fifteen-year training in analysis (group and lay analysis).

For those of you who are not familiar with the term training, psychotherapeutic training, is a combination of weekly lectures and papers every now and then , a dissertation in the end, therapy ( the International Psychoanalytic Association required four times a week lay analysis and the Group and Family and Couples Therapy required once a week a two-hour group session)  and supervision of  cases. Even before my official training started, I was following the unofficial training of Lacan i.e psychotherapy , supervision and Lacan’s Seminars. Those fifteen years were very informative, very busy, life changing, and very rewarding inwardly and professionally wise.

Psychoanalysis gave me the chance to meet a stranger. Me as a child and all my petty emotions… Allowed me to come to terms with my parents’ limitations and my ones. I got to know me…

My healing came through energy work though… In 2006 still in my official training, (kept on ’till 2010) I was curious enough to enter an office close to my one. Kanta and Ioanna were energy healers, practising tai-yi. My intuition led me there and started visiting them sporadically and with great guilt. I was betraying all those years of sacrifice and devotion in Psychoanalysis. My ego was getting in the way in many ways through my natural evolution. It still does.

Since 2006, I now have eleven years of exploration, training and learning energy work. It is a practice. We keep on clearing our Gaea’s Garden (our psyche) from all weed, and we get better at it. But it is NEVER OVER. Our ego finds this last thing unbearable.

“LIVE AS THERE IS NO TOMORROW AND LEARN AS IF YOU WERE TO LIVE FOREVER!” Someone very wisely stated.

I  now work with a combination of both psychoanalytic paradigms -especially early childhood memories and the subconscious-, and diverse energetic exercises or/and meditations.Healing can be both achieved through a shift in perception or through energy exercises that work through the past present future alignment.

My tools?

  • Psychoanalysis as it helps bring forth childhood dramas, as they tend to be repeated in adult life.
  • Affirmations to surface limiting beliefs.
  • Targeted energetic exercises for healing.

I believe the words of Gandhi
“Be the Change you Want to See in the World”.

But change can only come from the individual, a change from inside can create a change to the outside and never vice versa.
Change without any kind of evolution exists and is what humanity experienced in her whole history.
(A change from the outside trying to influence the individuals.)
But evolving without changing does not exist.
Therefore an evolving individual will create changes in his/her world effortlessly.

And a significant number of such individuals will create change globally.
One drop can change the vast lake of mass consciousness, in order for the vibrational shift to occur globally. How do you know you are not that drop?
Remember in your heart “you are the one are waiting for” to change your world and the world.
